Delivery time and stock management

An indication of the delivery time is given for each article. We strive to ship all orders placed on working days before 15.00 on the same day. If an article is not in stock, you can always contact us for an expected delivery time.

Pick up
Pick up is not possible.

All products you order via our website are standard delivered by our delivery partner GLS.

Unless stated otherwise, deliveries take place on business days.

If you prefer a delivery date, always contact us.

If you are not at home when the deliveryman comes to deliver the parcel, we will try to deliver the parcel to one of your neighbors by default. You will then receive a notification in the mailbox. If delivery to the neighbors is not possible, the package will be taken back to the depot. The deliveryman will also leave a notification with you in the mailbox.

Delivery options after a Non-Home Message:
If a package has been returned to the depot, GLS offers the following options:

  • Have the parcel resubmitted to the same delivery address. Time windows of three hours are provided for the available delivery dates.
  • Pick up the package yourself at the GLS depot or a GLS PakketShop. The package remains at the depot or the PakketShop and can be picked up within five days.
  • Reject the package. The parcel will be returned to sender.
